President Joe Biden fulfilled his inauguration day promise by issuing an executive order killing the Keystone XL Pipeline that would bring oil and gas from Alberta Canada to the US, linking up with an already existing Keystone Pipeline. The Keystone XL pipeline has been part of a 12 year partisan battle through three different administrations—Obama, Trump, and now Biden.
